We’re introducing two new classes to the series; 4WD MTC and 12th Mini! Clubman-E class continues with its popular format and rules, keeping the racing competitive and accessible for all.

We’re back for another season of budget-friendly, ultra-close RC racing! This year, we’ve got another new class alongside all your favourites. Here’s what to expect:
- Clubman-E Class – No changes! Perfect for beginners and newcomers with HW 1060 ESC, Core-RC 27t Motor & Slick Rubber Tyres.
- 2WD MTC (formerly Tamiya MINI-E) – Same Phat Bodies Mini shell, now following National 2WD MTC rules for better recognition with other clubs.
- 4WD MTC Class – Replacing Clubman-Pro, this follows National 4WD MTC rules but includes an F2 sub-championship for developing racers with a more budget-friendly approach.
- 1:12 MINI – New for Clubman 6! After a great endurance race, we’re adding this class to the championship.
- Clubman-Team Championship – Same rules as last season! Team up with any racer from any class for an exciting team battle.

Round Format

Points System
Individual Championships
FTQ = 1 Bonus Point
Round win = 100pts, Second = 99pts, 3rd = 98pts, etc
Your championship score will be made up up from your best 4 rounds (out of 6)
Team Championships
Round points will be generated from the top two finishing racers within in the team.
Their round scores will be added together to make the teams round total
The Teams championship score will be made up of the 4 best rounds (out of 6)
Prizes
Individual Championships
The championship must have more than 6 racers for there to be trophy prizes. The top three racers in the championship will each receive a trophy
Team Championship
The winning team will receive two free t-shirts. The runners up team will receive 50% voucher codes.
4WD MTC Class Rules
F1 & F2 Championships
As we expect 4WD MTC to be the most popular class this season, we are introducing a sub-championship to support developing racers. All 4WD MTC entries will still be included in the overall championship, but racers eligible for F2 will benefit from a more relaxed ruleset to help them transition into the class.
F2 racers will be allowed to use any 2S 17.5 electronics, provided they are chosen for budget reasons rather than performance advantages.
F2 Championship Requirements:
- Racers must not have won a Clubman title or achieved more than three Championship A Final wins.
- Any racer who qualifies within three laps of the FTQ will be automatically promoted to F1 status and required to follow the stricter championship rules.

Minimum Chassis Ride Height = 5mm

ESC Specs: ESC must be set in BLINKY and RRP £75 or less

There are no restrictions on brand or compounds. Treaded or spiked tyres are not permitted at the club.
Body Shell
Minimum Bodyshell Ride Height = 8mm
All MTC body shells are now permitted within this class. The body must be painted in a realistic racing livery with two base colours. Effort must go into making them look like a real car with clear windows and headlight detailing.
Batteries
Lipo or Ni-Cd cells are allowed with a maximum voltage of 8.4v. Lipo batteries must be charged in a lipo safe bag.
Tyre Additive
Only water based additives are permitted at the club.
Clubman-E Class Rules
Racer Restriction
All racers who have won any other Clubman title are restricted from competing for this championship. This restriction can also be extended to other racers who have won similar titles at other clubs. Clubman-PRO and MINI-E have no racer restrictions.
Chassis
Any 1/10 scale chassis (Also include MTC chassis). Original RRP must have been under £300 on day of release or design must be over 15 years old.
4WD or 2WD Chassis's allowed
The Rule Approval Team can enforce a "race fair" rule to anyone they feel has found a chassis which has to much of an advantage within the budget cap. This will exclude the chassis from the series and the racer will be asked to change to a more suitable chassis to continue the wheel to wheel racing.
Minimum Chassis Ride Height = 5mm
Power Train
Core-RC 27t Motor and Hobbywing 1060 ESC
These are legal parts that can be used for the power train:
- CR712 - CORE 27 SILVER CAN BRUSHED 540 MOTOR
- HW30120060007 - QUICRUN - WP1060 - BRUSHED - SBEC
- HW30120060028 - QUICRUN - WP1060 - BRUSHED - SBEC-T PLUG
Hop-ups
Only hop-ups that are budget and focused at reliability. Exotic parts like replacement chassis' etc are not permitted. If you have any questions regarding the legality of various hop-ups please speak to the SRC team.

- Core-RC 21t Motor with Hobbywing 1060 ESC
- Clubman-PRO - Justock 17.5 Motor and Justock ESC
- BRCA National Spec - Any 21.5 Blushless Motor - Any ESC with a UK RRP under £75. The ESC must be in BLINKY mode with no dynamic timing or No third-party firmware.
Hop-ups
Only hop-ups that are budget and focused at reliability. Exotic parts like replacement chassis' etc are not permitted. If you have any questions regarding the legality of various hop-ups please speak to the SRC team.

1:12 MINI Class Rules
RC Mini Racing provides an affordable and easy way to get into RC car racing, while also being a great hassle-free option for experienced racers looking for weekly competition.
Chassis
Any 1:12 Mini chassis
The rolling chassis must have a maximum width of 161mm and a wheelbase of 175mm ±2mm, which must be equal on both sides with no staggered front wishbones. Approved materials include steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium alloy, GRP, carbon-skinned GRP (CSC), solid plastic, and 3D-printed composites, while titanium and monolithic carbon fibre (CFRP) are not allowed.
Minimum Chassis Ride Height = 3mm
Power Train
Choice of 2 options
- Core-RC 35t Motor with Hobbywing 1060 ESC
- Any Fixed timing 25.5 Blushless Motor - Any ESC with a UK RRP under £75. The ESC must be in BLINKY mode with no dynamic timing or No third-party firmware.
Tyres
Oval drive foam tyres only
There are no restrictions on brand or compounds.
Body Shell
Minimum Bodyshell Ride Height = 5mm
The body must be painted in a realistic racing livery with two base colours.
Batteries

Clubman-Team Rules
Team Members
Teams consist of 2 racers.
Racers can compete in different classes and still collect points for the team.
Bonus Points
Teams can collect an additional 5pts per meeting by running the same race livery. The following rules apply to collect bonus points:
- Both team racers must be running the same livery from the start of the meeting.
- The shells don't need to look identical but it must be obvious they are part of the same team. This can be achieved with either the livery design or the colours.
- The shells must be painted with at least two base colours.
- The shells do not need to be the same model number (Unless class restrictions enforce it)
