On Sunday 12 May 2024, we have the Killamarsh main hall all day. For this we are planning to have a classic full day of racing with seeding. This will also include a 2 hours test and tune session before the meeting. The event will be open to all our usual race classes, but we are also inviting other indoor on-road classes to come join in.

Event Carpet

For this meeting we will be using our event carpet. This is another Primafelt carpet which is in better condition. This will make the track more consistent and should provide more grip if we have good numbers at the meeting. 

Test and Tune

The test and tune format will be similar to how we run them at our sister club in Eckington. Two groups will be created, their track time will alternate over 20 minute sessions across the two hour session. This format may changed depending on numbers.

10AM - 2 Hour Test & Tune
12 PM - 1x Seeding Round
12:30PM - 4x Qualifying Rounds
3:30PM - 1x Final
4:30PM - Track Away

Classes

We are aiming to have a around 6 heats at the meeting, our main classes of STOCK TC 17.5 and Clubman-K will definitly be included at the event. We are open to any other indoor on-road classes. If you would like to race with something different, just book in with the 'other' class selected. Please make sure you list what class and chassis you are running in the 'chassis' field.

Entry

The meeting will be priced at £10, payable at the race meeting. This will include both testing and the race meeting.
